![]() This will send the output of Bus A, with the required effects, to the input of as many other buses as you want, where you can then apply whatever additional, different VSTs to them. set up a PRE-FADER send to another new bus (Bus D) set up a PRE-FADER send to another new bus (Bus C)ħ. set up a PRE-FADER send to a new bus (Bus B)Ħ. messing with buses and sends, i've gotten close, but still not exactly what i was going for. looks like we're both pretty much aiming to do the same thing (albeit for different purposes). I think ur talkin about applying a bus as a send output to another tracks input right? ME TOO! I want to be able to use a nice preamp with a plugin compressor instead of one on the way in.And I cant figure out how too use a plugin compressor as a send out to another track. For example.I would record on track 2 with rcomp applied to its bus.I want it to be track 3s input while recording on that track too.If that makes sense. There fore the track recorded on track 3.Should be a compressed vocal right?.How do I do that with adobe audition 1.5?!?! I been messing wit the busses and track inputs and outputs all day.Still cant figure it out.Someone please.Shed some light on using sends in AA. i hope this makes senseĮDIT: yes i can apply the effects to the 10 tracks individually no problem, but if i assign them to the autotune bus, then autotune gets the wet signals, which does not work well at all - autotune needs to be the first in the chain of effects. as far as i can tell, you cannot do this with buses because buses will sum all 10 tracks! i cannot have them summed, because i need to apply different effects to the 10 different tracks. What i am trying to accomplish is, instead of using 10 autotunes (1 on each track), if i can just use 1. ![]() all 10 track needs different settings for reverb, panning, compression, etc. all 10 tracks needs to go through autotune VST (same settings for all tracks)ģ. i have 10 non-overlapping vocal tracks.Ģ. Hopefully i can put this into an example:ġ. What i can't seem to find out is if i can send the output of the bus "back" to the individual inputs. which is great, really saves on CPU when i'm doing reverbs and stuff. ![]() but my understanding is that tracks get summed to a bus, and on that bus i can apply some VSTs so that they effect all the tracks going into the bus.
